Submit CMDB Request

  1. Prepare CMDB Template
    Use the provided CMDB template to fill in all required details about the server.

  2. Send the Request
    Email the completed Excel file to the Service Management (SM) team thorugh accenture mail to initiate the request for adding the server to the CMDB.

  3. Close the SCTASK
    Once the entry is confirmed, close and complete the SCTASK.


Only after the Backup, Satellite Server addition and CMDB tasks are completed and closed. A new SCTASK will be generated for adding the server to MyWizard.
