Submit CMDB Request

Prepare CMDB Template
Use the provided CMDB template to fill in all required details about the server. -
Send the Request
Email the completed Excel file to the Service Management (SM) team thorugh accenture mail to initiate the request for adding the server to the CMDB. -
Close the SCTASK
Once the entry is confirmed, close and complete the SCTASK.
Only after the Backup, Satellite Server addition and CMDB tasks are completed and closed. A new SCTASK will be generated for adding the server to MyWizard.
